About The RN

The Reflective Nurse (The RN) is any nurse who engages in reflection to enhance depth and breadth of practice.

Resources for nurses and our partners in healing

The Reflective Nurse offers conversation salons, events, and a blog to spark dialogue and action.  We discuss topics that enlighten or weigh on us while we are away from our daily work environment so we can return with a sense of resilience.  These topics are feeding future educational offerings from The Reflective Nurse for individuals and organizations, with a goal of enriching parts that become whole in the healing process.

Natalie Lu, BA, MSN, RN, is the founder of The Reflective Nurse, LLC.  Natalie has worked in the health care industry since May of 2000.  She found her path into nursing through her exposure to the profession while serving as a volunteer coordinator for a pediatric hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  A registered nurse since 2008, Natalie is passionate about her current work in direct patient care.  Her nursing career has served her with opportunities beyond the bedside to teach and advise current and budding nurses in clinical and academic settings and to volunteer her nursing skills locally and abroad.  Natalie holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing/Health Care Education.

Inspired by fellow nurses and our partners in healing, The Reflective Nurse is a community forum built on gratitude for the work and ideas we share.

Join the conversation at a future salon or on The Reflective Nurse blog.
